Wow, congratulations on finishing!! How many people, myself included, have started one of these programs only to bow out after the first week? I recently started the Insanity workout which not only lives up to its name, but I believe could transform any human form into a beautifully chiseled work of art. But I had to travel during the second week and needless to say, the DVD's were left at home and are still in the same spot 4 weeks later. I am feeling motivated by you so maybe that'll spur me to get back in the swing of things.
And isn't it amazing how a shake can be so satisfying? I'm sure the recipe I posted has a good 350-400 calories but there's many 400 calorie breakfasts that would have me starving by 11am. Viva la Vitamix!

My girlfriend and I started P90X today, for the sencond time. We completed it previously a couple of years ago and were very pleased with the results. But, both of us went to nursing school and found that all we had time to do was eat and read! This summer is the first break I've had from school in three years, so I decided to jump back on the wagon and go thru the program again. You should try it. It's intense, but you really get results, and your body is uniformly toned and strengthened. Tony Horton covers all aspects of fitness in this program, fron strength training to yoga to cardio. I can't say enough great things about this program. BTW, we drink a protein shake each morning and it keeps us full til lunch. I especially like it when I have clinicals early in the A.M. and don't get a lunch til around 2-ish. Hope you get the chance to try this program!
